Uses:
- To be added in the curry or veg dish at almost the simmering point
- Sol curry – The coconut extract, ground ginger, green chili, garlic, coriander, salt to taste plus ‘The Yojak Kokum Agal’ should be left marinating for a while, get it filtered-Sol curry is ready.
- Rub the Yojak Kokum Agal on the irritated part to get rid of the itch.
- If mixed with drinking soda, it makes a very effective Yojak Kokum Agal Digest drink.
